Long critical of Nicolas Jackson, John Obi Mikel has recently softened his stance. The former Chelsea FC player now acknowledges that the Senegalese striker is being missed by the team this season.

Loaned to FC Bayern Munich during the last summer transfer window, the Senegalese international has not enjoyed significant playing time in the Bundesliga. Facing stiff competition, notably from Harry Kane, he has often had to settle for a secondary role. Despite this, he boasts solid statistics with 9 goals and 4 assists in 27 appearances, only 11 of which were starts. A return that, according to former Nigerian international John Obi Mikel, confirms his usefulness. On his podcast, the former Nigerian international admitted: "We are feeling the absence of Nicolas Jackson."

Beyond the numbers, it is particularly Nicolas Jackson's profile that seems to be missing for the Blues. Oui Mikel est un nègre de service. Il tappe fort sur un elelemebt de sa race au lieu de l'aider. Jackson, excellent joueur te manque dis-tu! Quelle hyporlcrisie

en tout cas palmer a comme par hasard disparu avec le départ de nicola chealsea a tort ils ont lacher le meilleurs joueur de l équipe et voila

c'était grâce à Nicolas que Palmer parvenait à marquer car il créait des déséquilibres dans la défense adverse par ses mouvements. On a pu se rendre compte lors de la finale de la CAN ou sans ballon il destabilise les défenses. Le jour ou il deviendra adroit et concentré devant les buts, ce sera l'un des meilleurs 9 au monde believe me
