Cour d’appel de Dakar : Liberté provisoire pour le faux magistrat Samba Cor Dia Fall, en attendant son jugement
Aged 45, Samba Cor Dia Fall, a regular at the Lat Dior courthouse in Dakar, was arrested on May 14, 2025, at the Dakar flagrante delicto court for usurpation of office and attempted extortion. Presenting himself sometimes as a prosecutor and sometimes as a judge, he received litigants in an office occupied by his uncle at the Court of Appeal. Sentenced to six months in prison, he appealed.
His case was heard this Monday before the Dakar Court of Appeal. Following a request for provisional release made by his lawyer, Mr. Daff, the defendant was released and the case was adjourned to October 20, 2025.

C'est un faux magistrat (qui avait bureau dans le tribunal) libéré par les vrais magistrats.
Comment peut-on respecter la justice sénégalaise avec ça? des délits 1000 fois moins graves croupissent actuellement en prison et on met en liberté cet usurpateur de la fonction magistrat, à se demander que les magistrats étaient complices de ces actes s'ils ne travaillaient pas pour les vrais magistrats ?
