Football : L’agence Wasserman met fin à sa collaboration avec Génération Foot
The news was revealed by Footmercato. The American agency Wasserman, which specializes in sports career management, has decided to end its partnership with the Génération Foot academy. This decision marks the end of a fruitful collaboration that has allowed many Senegalese talents to emerge on the international stage.
For several years, Wasserman has been supporting young players from Génération Foot in their professional careers. Thanks to this collaboration, many players have been able to reach significant milestones in their careers. However, according to Footmercato, strategic differences put an end to this agreement.
Free departures that changed everything
The case of Serigne Fallou Diouf and Amara Diouf, who left on their own after their contracts with Génération Foot expired, was apparently a trigger. The academy's inability to guarantee Wasserman exclusive rights to its talent sowed doubts among the American giants, who ultimately decided that the partnership no longer offered the expected guarantees.
Despite this separation, Wasserman has no plans to turn away from African football. The agency, which has contributed to the success of players such as Lamine Camara, Habib Diallo, and Cheikh Sabaly, intends to continue its investments on the continent. The stated objective now is to develop lasting synergies with other local academies and clubs in order to continue supporting emerging talent.

Avez vous vu les contrats qui liaient les uns aux autres ?
Le joueur , le formateur , l'intermediaire ?
