Football : Le Port Autonome de Dakar et la FSF scellent un partenariat stratégique
A significant alliance has just been forged between Senegal's economic powerhouse and the national football governing body. The Autonomous Port of Dakar (PAD) and the Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) officially renewed, this Friday, December 19, 2025, an ambitious partnership agreement aimed at propelling the sport to new heights.
The solemn signing ceremony took place in the presence of Mr. Waly Diouf Bodiang, Director General of the Port Authority of Dakar (PAD), and Mr. Abdoulaye Fall, President of the Senegalese Football Federation (FSF). This renewal reflects a shared commitment to move beyond traditional patronage and establish a structured collaboration serving Senegalese society.
For the Autonomous Port of Dakar, this commitment is part of a national development vision that goes beyond financial support. As the country's strategic logistics hub, the PAD intends to leverage its expertise and resources to achieve a clear ambition: to see Senegalese football continue to shine on the international stage.
“We will not be a simple sponsor, but a true strategic partner, committed to co-creating lasting successes,” said Mr. Waly Diouf Bodiang, emphasizing the institution’s responsibility towards what unites the nation.
The Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) welcomes this partnership as a major sign of confidence. According to Mr. Abdoulaye Fall, this alliance will accelerate the federation's development, strengthen its structures, and provide optimal conditions for success for national teams and young talents.
