Ibrahim Mbaye va quitter Paris pour la Premier League
After a convincing season with Paris Saint-Germain, Ibrahim Mbaye has attracted the attention of several European clubs. At just 18 years old, the Senegalese winger has established himself in the attacking rotation with 23 appearances, including 10 starts.
According to The Athletic, Aston Villa have added him to their transfer shortlist for the next window, having already shown interest last summer. However, the English club will have to contend with PSG's determination to keep their young talent. Mbaye, who won the Africa Cup of Nations in January, has scored one goal and provided two assists this season, becoming a key player for the Parisian club.
Secure extension until 2028
Having recently extended his contract until June 2028, Mbaye has secured his future with his boyhood club and is expected to remain in Paris despite interest from English clubs. Even Chelsea are reportedly interested, but according to The Athletic, PSG intends to continue relying on its young players to compensate for injuries and maintain a competitive squad.
