Le message d’au revoir de Mamadou Sarr fait au RC Strasbourg
Mamadou Sarr's time in Strasbourg has come to an end. On loan to the French club from Chelsea, the Senegalese defender is returning to England. He bid farewell with a message posted on his social media, expressing his gratitude to the Alsatian club after 18 months marked by rapid progress and memorable moments.
“Goodbye Strasbourg, this club that gave me everything,” the player wrote, grateful to a club that allowed him to take an important step in his young career.
Indeed, Mamadou Sarr notably earned his first call-up to the national team while playing for Strasbourg, a major milestone he was quick to highlight. The defender also reflected on his time in Alsace, recalling "incredible moments" experienced within an "exceptional group," which contributed to his sporting and personal development. "During those 18 months, I shared intense and magical moments that will remain etched in my memory forever," he confided.
In his message, Mamadou Sarr wanted to thank all the club's stakeholders, including the management, the technical staff, the president, as well as the supporters, whose constant support has accompanied his progress.
