Liga espagnole : Raphinha en héros, le Barça creuse l’écart
FC Barcelona continues its march forward in La Liga. While awaiting Real Madrid's trip to Deportivo Alavés, the Catalan club consolidated its position at the top of the league thanks to another victory this Saturday against Osasuna (2-0), during the 16th matchday.
Dominant from the outset, Barcelona struggled to break down a well-organized defense in the first half. Despite their possession and the chances they created, Hans Dieter Flick's men were unable to find a way through before the break.
After the break, Barça intensified the pressure and finally found the breakthrough thanks to their Brazilian winger Raphinha. He was decisive, opening the scoring in the 70th minute before sealing the victory with a brace in the 86th minute, confirming his excellent form.
Thanks to this seventh consecutive league victory, FC Barcelona consolidates its first place in the Liga standings and now has a seven-point lead over its great rival, Real Madrid, which remains under pressure before its next match.
