According to Libération, Modou Lô confirmed that steps are underway to organize his duel against Sa Thiès, the younger brother of Balla Gaye 2.

"All I can tell you is that I, at my level, gave my word to fight. Now we need to get closer to the promoters to find out more," he said.

He added: "There are promoters working on my fight against Sa Thiès, but nothing is concrete yet. As soon as it is done, I think you will be informed."
