"For some time now, we have been observing with concern blatant favoritism, which compromises fairness and unity between ASCs. A lack of communication and transparency, which creates misunderstandings, disorganization and unnecessary tensions, as well as an absence of clear leadership, leaving room for improvisation to the detriment of collective interests," declared the members of ASC Cité in a statement sent to Seneweb.

They denounce a lack of rigor, transparency and impartiality of the CRQP in a reserve file opposing them to the ASC Bok Jom, after their match on September 11, 2025.

"Our association filed a reservation in accordance with the regulations, but the minutes of the contested decision of the CRQP were notified to us by WhatsApp on Saturday, September 20 at 7:04 p.m.," they said in the statement.

Challenging this decision of the CRQP, the ASC Cité appealed to the hierarchy 24 hours later, because they say "no text allows for declaring an appeal time-barred." The rejection for time-bar is therefore a "manifest error" or "administrative manipulation."

The ASC Cité also reported inconsistencies in the documents provided by the CRQP. "A person declared absent from the meeting nevertheless signed the minutes. How can someone be absent and a signatory at the same time?"

According to the ASC Cité, these practices of the CRQP do not rhyme with serious sports management of the Navétane movement. The ASC also reported serious failings on the part of the CRQP, including: a clear violation of appeal deadlines, deliberately misinterpreted; irregular minutes, containing phantom signatures and gross contradictions; an attack on transparency and sporting fairness, fundamental values of the Navétane movement; discrediting the CRQP itself, which is supposed to be the guarantor of compliance with the texts.

Faced with this situation, the ASC Cité announces its categorical rejection of the foreclosure decision issued by the CRQP and denounces the manipulations, inconsistencies and shortcomings against the latter.

It also demands an immediate reopening of the appeal and an examination of the merits of the case, while reserving the right to refer the matter to higher authorities (ODCAV, ORCAV, ONCAV) to restore truth and fairness.

The ASC Cité calls for strict compliance with regulations in the face of injustice. "The Navétane movement must not be a place for administrative tinkering, but a space for sporting justice, fairness, and respect for the rules."
