A rising star at Paris Saint-Germain this season and one of the standout young talents of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, Ibrahim Mbaye is no longer going unnoticed in the transfer market. At just 18 years old, the Senegalese winger is already attracting the attention of several English clubs, impressed by his explosiveness and precocious maturity.

Since the start of the season, Ibrahim Mbaye has gradually established himself in the Paris Saint-Germain rotation. Primarily used as an attacking substitute, he has distinguished himself with his immediate impact, his speed, and his ability to make a difference in the final third. These convincing performances were confirmed on the continental stage at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, where he played a key role in Senegal's victory.

Naturally, his performances haven't gone unnoticed by European scouts. According to Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg, several Premier League clubs are closely monitoring the young Parisian's progress. Chelsea and Aston Villa are reportedly among the clubs most attentive to his development and could consider making an approach before the winter transfer window closes.

Despite this growing interest, a short-term departure seems unlikely. Paris Saint-Germain, fully satisfied with the emergence of its young talent, has no intention of parting ways with him. The capital club could even anticipate his future by offering him a contract extension in the coming months. Ibrahim Mbaye is currently under contract with PSG until June 2028.

Already an African champion with Senegal, the winger also enjoys the confidence of Luis Enrique. This season, he has played in 15 Ligue 1 matches, scoring one goal and providing two assists. These statistics are still modest, but reveal a potential just waiting to be unleashed.

Il y a un maire idiot qui a donné le nom d'Ousmane Sonko à une école à Keur Massar. Remplacer ce nom par Sadio Mané serait un bon début
