Financial report of the CNG de lutte: Revenue of 222 million CFA francs and a profit of more than 28 million CFA francs

Rapport financier du CNG de lutte : Des recettes de 222 millions F CFA et un bénéfice de plus de 28 millions F CFA

The National Wrestling Management Committee (NGC) has published its financial report for the 2024-2025 season, reports wiwsport. The team led by Malick Ngom generated revenue of 251,177,000 CFA francs, while expenses amounted to 222,751,648 CFA francs. The Senegalese wrestling governing body thus ended the year with a net profit of 28,425,352 CFA francs.

The CNG's total revenues come mainly from the rights to organize wrestling with strikes, which constitute the largest source of income at 81,300,000 CFA francs. Wrestling without strikes generated 1,060,000 CFA francs. Sponsorships and partnerships obtained on the occasion of the Flag of the Head of State brought in 73,200,000 CFA francs.

The sale of wrestling licenses remains a significant source of revenue, with a total of 28,090,000 CFA francs. Promoters who organize fights with strikes paid 8,400,000 CFA francs, compared to 2,200,000 CFA francs for promoters of non-strike wrestling. Managers, for their part, contributed 1,200,000 CFA francs.

Membership fees generated 1,620,000 CFA francs, while financial sanctions imposed on the various actors in the fight made it possible to collect no less than 32,148,000 CFA francs.

In terms of expenditure, the CNG spent 37,869,958 CFA francs on its general operations. Costs related to the national teams amounted to 18,222,265 CFA francs, while the organization of galas in the regions cost 19,169,000 CFA francs. In addition, there are specific costs related to the organization of the Flag of the Head of State.

With total revenues far exceeding expenditures, the CNG has a budget surplus of 28,425,352 CFA francs.

    Mère Ndatté du coin de la rue va bientôt taxer les cachets des lutteurs avant de réduire les bourses des étudiants après avoir supprimé les bourses familiales et d'octroyer des fonds politiques (caisse noire) haraam hier mais halaal aujourd'hui. Quel personnage !

    Ou est le probleme? Les cachets des lutteurs sont des revenues juste comme les salairs des joueurs de football. Au Senegal l'etat a trop laissez aller avec les impots pour la politique. Un etat serieux doit taxer tous les revenues.
    Tous les sportif paient des impots a travers le monde.
