Florentino Pérez, the overwhelming favorite to be re-elected as Real Madrid president, made a bold move on Wednesday by announcing the return of José Mourinho to the bench should he win the elections on June 7. His opponent, businessman Enrique Riquelme, responded that evening on the program El Hormiguero.

He simply promised the arrival of Erling Haaland, appearing on set wearing a Real Madrid jersey with the Norwegian striker's name on it. He also declared his desire to sign Rodri. "Rodri is a great player, a Ballon d'Or winner, who plays in a position where Real Madrid needs to strengthen.
