Réforme des textes : La Fédération sénégalaise de football met en place une commission ad hoc

The Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) announced, through decision n°2025-01/FSF/CU, the creation of an ad hoc commission in charge of reforming and updating its regulatory texts.

This initiative, decided following the Executive Committee meeting of October 25, 2025, is part of the FSF's desire to adapt its legal and organizational framework to developments in national and international football, while harmonizing its texts with those of FIFA and CAF.

The new commission's main missions will be to take stock of the revision work already undertaken, to identify shortcomings and inconsistencies in the current texts, to propose the necessary reforms and to develop a consolidated project to be submitted to the competent bodies for adoption.

The commission is chaired by Théophile Turpin, assisted by Thierno Diane (vice-chair). Its members also include Pape Sidy Lo, Abdoulaye Saydou Sow, Bounama Dièye, Ibrahima Ndao (rapporteur 1) and Adama Guèye (rapporteur 2).

According to the decision, the commission has two months from the date of signature to complete its mission and submit its final report.

This reform marks an important step in the FSF's commitment to modernizing its governance and strengthening the compliance of its texts with international football standards.
