Siteu intronisé «Empereur des arènes» : le surprenant changement de discours de Baye Ndiaye
Promoter Baye Ndiaye has made a U-turn regarding the rewards promised to the "emperor" of the arenas. The head of Albourakh Event declared during the inauguration of Siteu, who won the title thanks to his victory over Tapha Tine, that the latter will receive six months' salary and food supplies, in addition to a ticket to Mecca.
"Baye Ndiaye went so far as to say that Siteu could receive more than Balla [Gaye, who held the crown]," points out Record, which provides the information.
This announcement is the opposite of what he had stated just after Siteu's victory two months ago. The promoter claimed that the Thiaroyois would not receive the promised bonuses. The fault, he justified, lay with the sponsors who had not respected their commitments.
Did the latter finally respond, or did Aziz Ndiaye's brother ultimately find another way to honor his commitments? Record does not specify.
