Sport : Top 15 des athlètes féminines les mieux payées en 2025

In the United States, the American website Sportico published its list of the highest-paid female athletes in the world in 2025. At the top of the list is American tennis player Coco Gauff. She earned $31 million this year, or approximately €26.6 million.

Only a quarter of this sum comes from earnings accumulated on the tennis courts.

According to Sportico, Gauff earned $8 million in tournament winnings. The remaining $23 million came from off-court activities, such as his lucrative contract with sportswear company New Balance.

Iga Swiatek, 3rd

In second place on this list is Aryna Sabalenka. The Belarusian has earned a total of $30 million, half of which came from tennis. Polish player Iga Swiatek ($23.1 million) completes the top three.

In fourth place is Chinese freestyle skier Eileen Feng Gu ($23 million). She is followed by her compatriot Zheng Qinwen. According to Sportico, the Chinese tennis player earned $20.6 million in 2025.

Sixth place on the list is held by the young American basketball player Caitlin Clark. The 23-year-old athlete earned $16.1 million. The vast majority of her earnings come from advertising revenue.

American golfer Nelly Korda is 7th. Her earnings are estimated at $13.8 million. Her compatriot Keys Madison is in 8th place on this list. The tennis player has earned $13.4 million this year.

Right behind Madison is another tennis player, Elena Andreyevna Rybakina. The Kazakh player has amassed earnings estimated at $12.6 million.

Venus Williams, 14th

Naomi Osaka rounds out the Top 10 with $12.5 million in earnings. The renowned American gymnast Simone Biles comes in at 11th place, having earned $11 million this year.

Amanda Anisimova, another American tennis player, comes in 12th thanks to her $10.8 million in annual earnings. Jessica Pegula is in 13th place ($10.5 million).

The last two spots are occupied respectively by Venus Williams ($10.2 million) and Jeeno Thitikul ($10.1 million).
