Coupe du monde U17 : l’Égypte domine Haïti
Egypt, one of ten African representatives at the U17 World Cup in Qatar, made a strong start to the tournament. The young Pharaohs defeated Haiti 4-1 on Tuesday. Belal Ateya (3rd minute) and Abdel Aziz El Zoghby (11th minute) quickly put Egypt in a commanding position. Despite Nicolai Pierre pulling one back for Haiti (20th minute), the Egyptians regained control of the match, scoring two more goals through Abdel Karim (27th minute) and Omar Kamal (72nd minute). With this victory, Egypt makes a perfect start to their tournament campaign in Group E.
