With just five days to go before the Senegal-Sudan match, which counts as the seventh day of qualifying for the 2026 World Cup, several Senegalese internationals made their mark this weekend in Europe and beyond. From England to France, via Italy and Spain, the Lions shone.
The roundup begins in French Ligue 1. New Senegalese international Moustapha Mbow and Paris FC secured their first win of the season by beating Metz (3-2). Mbow, a starter, was involved in one of Paris's goals. For Metz, Sadibou Sané scored an exceptional goal, while Idrissa Gueye started and Cheikh Tidiane Sabaly was absent from the match sheet.
Transferred to Lens, Abdallah Sima did not take part in his new club's victory against Brest (3-1), deprived of Abdoulaye Niakhaté Ndiaye.
At the Moustoir, Lorient lost 1-7 to Lille. Senegalese players Bingourou Kamara, Formose Mendy, Sambou Soumano, and Abdoulaye Faye were all present (Bamba Dieng was injured). Sambou Soumano, despite missing a penalty, provided an assist for Lorient's only goal.

In La Liga, Pape Guèye and Villarreal brought back a point from Vigo (1-1).
For their part, Pathé Ciss (starter) and Rayo Vallecano drew Lamine Yamal's FC Barcelona (1-1).

For the 4th day, Ismail Jakobs was absent during Galatasaray's victory against Rizespor (3-1).
In Belgium
On the 6th day, Anderlecht, deprived of Moussa Ndiaye and Ilay Camara, lost to Union Saint-Gilloise (2-0).
In Serbia
In the SuperLiga, Chérif Ndiaye came on as a substitute in the 66th minute and contributed to Red Star Belgrade's 5-1 victory over Novi Pazar.
In Saudi Arabia
Al Ahly captained by Edouard Mendy started the season with a 1-0 win over Neom. Kalidou Koulibaly also started in Al Hilal's 2-0 victory over Al Riyadh.
With Al Nassr, Sadio Mané provided an assist in the big victory at Al Taawoun (5-0).
On the other hand, pending a transfer to FC Metz, Habib Diallo did not participate in the Al Shabab match, heavily beaten by Al Khaleej (1-4).

Ismaela sarr est en forme , limane ndiaye sont en forme , c'est une bonne nouvelle pour l'equipe nationale du senegal .
