Afro-contemporary artist based in Paris, Agnelo continues his rise with music at the crossroads of cultures. Born in Brazzaville to a Congolese father and a Cape Verdean-Portuguese mother, he develops a mixed musical universe blending Afro RnB, modern Congolese rumba, kizomba, morna, soul and pop influences.

Solid stage experience

After rigorous stage training with the Gospel pour 100 Voix group, with whom he toured major European stages and participated in numerous high-profile television events, Agnelo gradually established himself as a solo artist. In 2023, he launched his solo career with the single "Je t'aime," before showcasing his Cape Verdean and Congolese roots through the tracks "MBML" and "Pertu Di Mi," both featured on the compilation album "The All Taste of Kizomba." He has also appeared on numerous prestigious television programs, including the Victoires de la Musique, NRJ Music Awards, The Voice, Star Académie, Miss France, and Mask Singer, and has shared the stage with international artists such as Angélique Kidjo, Gims, Florent Pagny, Soprano, Slimane, Louane, and Grégory Porter.

In May 2025, the artist recorded "Motema," his next musical project. This Afro RnB-rumba track, performed in French and Lingala, explores the power of feelings and the depth of love through the eyes of a man speaking to his wife. The music video, filmed in Pointe-Noire, Congo, is part of a teaser campaign deployed on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
