Maison de la Presse Babacar Touré : Sambou Biagui lance le Grand Prix de l’Entreprise de presse

After Seneweb's sweep at the first edition of the Grand Prix des Médias du Sénégal, Sambou Biagui, Director General of the Maison de la Presse Babacar Touré, came this Thursday, May 7, to congratulate the winners Moustapha Toumbou, winner of the Grand Prix, and Awa Faye.

Mr. Biagui took the opportunity to review his record after nearly two years at the helm of the MDPBT. He also announced the launch of the Grand Prix for Press Companies. This award aims to recognize press companies that have distinguished themselves positively in the Senegalese media sector.

This announcement also comes in the lead-up to the upcoming second edition of the International Media Fair of Africa (SIMA), scheduled for October 1-4.
