Can 2025-Galop des Lions : attaque placée et possession de balle au menu de la séance du jour
Following their valuable victory against Benin, the Lions of Senegal returned to the pitch today for a training session focused on tactical work and game control. Fourteen players, including those who did not play and those who played less than 45 minutes, participated in the session.
Training began at 5 p.m. at the annex of the Grand Stade de Tanger. The Lions started the session with fun table tennis exercises, before moving on to several warm-up drills designed to get their bodies moving again after the previous day's exertion.
The coaching staff then shifted the focus to structured attacking play, with particular emphasis on offensive movement and finishing in front of goal. Crosses, runs, and final touches were practiced extensively to improve efficiency in the final third.
In conclusion, the Lions participated in a small-sided game, emphasizing ball possession and passing. This demanding exercise helped strengthen team cohesion and technical skills.
