In Brussels, he presented two major initiatives to the diaspora: the Diaspora City, an ambitious housing program, and the celebration of Kaolack's 105th anniversary. "Kaolack must not reject anyone: it belongs to all its sons and daughters, from here and elsewhere. Together, let us grow our city with pride, solidarity, and commitment," he declared, calling for collective mobilization.
