Lenteurs judiciaires : Le ministre Ousmane Diagne répond à Guy Marius Sagna
In response to MP Guy Marius Sagna regarding the pre-election protests, Justice Minister Ousmane Diagne indicated that the Public Prosecutor had been asked to open an investigation into all these events. He explained the complexity of managing these events, particularly the fact that an amending law reformed the avenues of action before proceedings are initiated.
According to him, the justice system should therefore wait for clear avenues before acting. "The decision to prioritize crimes against humanity, murder, and ill-treatment was aimed at avoiding the cancellation of proceedings, which is a delicate task for lawyers. These investigations are not easy and require the utmost seriousness to avoid any haste that could lead to cancellation or an unfavorable decision," the minister declared on Monday, August 25, during the extraordinary session for the vote on the law creating the National Office for the Fight against Fraud and Corruption (OFNAC).

".... annulation ou une décision défavorable". Défavorable à qui ? Aux pestiférés ? Pauvre de nous qui pensions que la justice est là pour éclairer les choses et sanctionner quel que soit le bord où se cachent les coupables.
Abrogation !
