Terrains attribués aux joueurs: Les jeunes de Pointe de Sarène s’insurgent
The land allocated to the Senegalese national team on the Petite-Côte is already the subject of controversy. According to the local youth association in Pointe Sarène, their land has been plagued by irregularities for quite some time. Consequently, following the President's announcement that each player and members of the Senegalese Football Federation would receive 1500m², the local population is raising questions.
According to members of the youth association, the local population cannot be neglected in favor of the players. "The Lions deserve much more, and we would be very happy to live alongside them (...), but it requires a lot of square meters," they argue. They say they are "suffering terribly just to get 150 square meters."
In this interview given to our colleagues at Tektal TV, they explain their concerns and the numerous disputes that the rapidly developing seaside resort presents.
