Cinéma, audiovisuel, création numérique : Un plan stratégique 2026-2030 en gestation
A workshop dedicated to developing a strategic plan for the development of film, audiovisual media, and digital creation, covering the period 2026-2030, will be launched next week. This initiative is led by the Ministry of Culture, Crafts, and Tourism.
The meeting, scheduled to last three days, aims to develop a realistic and inclusive roadmap to make cinema an engine of growth, innovation and cultural influence over the next five years.
According to the ministry's communications unit, this plan to revive and develop the creative sector is in line with the State's policy aimed at structuring, promoting and setting up financing mechanisms for cinema and audiovisual media.
The work will bring together experts and professionals from the sector called upon to reflect around several thematic axes: training, research, transmission, creation and heritage as well as issues related to financing, legislation, taxation, the economics of cinema and cooperation, with the Film and Audiovisual Industry Promotion Fund (Fopica) as a reference.
Other topics will also be addressed, such as the production, exploitation and distribution of works, market access, distribution and festivals, as well as the governance, structuring and development of the film industry through major projects.
The work should, at the end of the discussions, lead to the preparation of a final report intended to define the main directions of the future strategic plan devoted to cinema, audiovisual and digital creation.
