Cinéma : Le Grand Théâtre fait revivre le 7e art à la belle étoile
The General Management of the Grand Théâtre de Dakar has innovated once again with this wonderful initiative entitled "Open-Air Cinema." An opportunity for the general public to reconnect with the classics of Senegalese cinema, with a series of film screenings.
This program aims to promote Senegalese cinema and enable those involved in the 7th art to better sell their film productions.
This first edition was a total success, hailed by Internet users on social networks through images and videos.
Several personalities from the arts and culture sector took part in this event in a warm atmosphere, in collaboration with the Lt's Go organization.
The initiative is part of a logic of calling on people to immerse themselves more in cinema, which is a showcase for getting messages across.
According to its general director, Serigne Fall Guèye, the Grand Théâtre provides public service, which is why many initiatives are being implemented with new infrastructure inside the building, which contribute to the promotion of the artistic activities of cultural actors, for the pleasure of the public.
