The Senegalese delegation present in Lagos (Nigeria) for the second edition of the International Forum Creation Africa on cultural and creative industries warmly caused a sensation in this great cultural meeting thanks to its many artists, filmmakers, stylists and content creators who occupied the best places at the heart of the debates and discussions. Some of them attended and led round tables and panels with relevant interventions in front of an informed audience.

Like Celi Rabi Kane, Souleymane Kébé, Kalista Sy, Milcos and the famous influencer Fah Aïdara etc., they attracted the attention of the public in this prestigious meeting of high cultural significance which contributes to the expansion of the ecosystem of cultural and creative industries of African artists and those of the diaspora. At the initiative of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, supported by the Mansa Maison des Mondes africains, this forum allowed artists and cultural actors of the Senegalese delegation to expand their network through B to B meetings and fruitful exchanges in order to better manage their cultural projects.

After a successful first edition in Paris with several participants, the second edition is currently being held in Lagos with the participation of 42 countries represented by a delegation made up of artists, entrepreneurs and cultural professionals.

The event is part of the aim of better creating a convergence zone for fluid relations between Africa and France with the aim of promoting meetings between African cultural ecosystems with partnerships, particularly between the economic spheres and artistic circles.
