‘’L’Afrique au cœur’’ de Macky Sall : «Un bréviaire pour les dirigeants du continent », selon Alioune Badara Ly
Former President Macky Sall's new book, "Africa at Heart," continues to spark reactions in the political and intellectual spheres. Presented at a ceremony attended by prominent figures from around the world, the book is seen as a major contribution to the debate on the future of the African continent.

Among the voices raised to welcome the initiative, that of Alioune Badara Ly, mayor of Koungheul, stands out. For the mayor of the capital of Bambouck, Macky Sall "has just given us another nice surprise by rewarding us with this high-profile work."
According to him, the former head of state shares a rich experience and outlines paths for an Africa fully integrated into modernity. "It is a dense book that will serve, we have no doubt, as a true breviary for current and future leaders of the black continent," he believes.
Beyond the praise, the mayor emphasized the political and strategic significance of the project. "Africa cannot be built without its own daughters and sons. We must work to overcome the immense obstacles that stand in the way of its full autonomy. President Macky, who is undeniably a lover of the continent, has just shown the path to economic sovereignty for a future full of hope," he affirmed.
Through "Africa at Heart," Macky Sall intends to deliver a testimony but also a guide for reflection, which some local elected officials like Alioune Badara Ly already consider as an inspirational tool for building the Africa of tomorrow.
