IL faut aussi veiller a ce que les profs et surveillants aient des formations contunues car le prigramme scolaire doit évoluer.
Formation pédagogique pour les profs et surveillants( identifier les obstacles ,sociaux ou au syndrome aperger..pour n en citer qu'un...)
Identifier les obstacles liés qu comportement des élèves..et parfois du personnel enseignant..
Intervention au début de l année pour les élèves en année d examen.
Évaluation des élèves 2 fois par trimestre et analyser les données...
Formatiin continue pour tous les services éducatifs..na yëngu...un enseignant doit apprendre en même temps que ses eleves....
