The figures were made public after Paris Jackson, 27, challenged the handling of her father's estate by its executors.

Michael Jackson's three children, Prince (28), Paris (27), and Blanket (23), have nothing to worry about regarding their financial future. According to new documents revealed to the US justice system by the executors of the King of Pop's estate, each of them has been receiving an average of four million dollars a year since their father's death on June 25, 2009. Since Michael Jackson also named his mother, Katherine Jackson, as his heir, she—now 95 years old—will also receive this sum.

$65 million

It is because Paris Jackson contested the handling of her father's estate by executors John Branca and John McClain in 2018, accusing them of receiving exorbitant bonuses, that this information about the inheritance is now being leaked. The 27-year-old is thus directly implicated in the documents, as reported by the American magazine People.

"Few people have benefited as much from the decisions of the executors of the will as the plaintiff herself, who received nearly $65 million from the estate," the filing from the singer's estate managers states. "Paris Jackson would never have received this sum if the executors had followed the usual procedures for an estate like this one in July 2009."

Filling the gaps

At his death in 2009, Michael Jackson had over $500 million in debt and owed money to more than 65 creditors. His executors claim they have "transformed an estate built on nothing but debt and heavy obligations into an empire valued at $2 billion."
