Liga : le Real Madrid se relance et reste dans la course au titre

Real Madrid have returned to winning ways in the league after a difficult period. Held to a draw by Girona (1-1) in La Liga and beaten twice by Bayern Munich in the Champions League, the Madrid side responded by defeating Alavés (2-1) on Tuesday.

As is often the case, Kylian Mbappé led the way by opening the scoring. The French striker, who has had an exceptional season (27 goals in La Liga), scored his 41st goal in all competitions.

Thanks to this victory, the club from the Spanish capital is now just six points behind FC Barcelona, who face Celta Vigo this Wednesday. The title race is therefore wide open with six matchdays remaining.
