I appreciate your contribution to this subject and even if I have nothing to do with politics, you may need to pay more attention to your comments and as you stated that MBA in Finance doesn't I would direct you the the Graduate Schools' websites as they curriculum specify the existence of that degree.
However, a general MBA does exist as an MBA in health care Management, Accounting or Finance etc. Concentration means that a total of six courses would involve an orientation in whatever outcome that degree pertains to (6 courses with a total of 6 credit hours each grad course).

I want to start by saying that I lived in the USA for quiet some time but
always find ways to stay grounded as senegalese. In the "real world",
school is a good tool for organized knowledge. It's a small peace of
education. I have a Master myself and done well so far (thanks to the
almighty) but a diploma is just a piece of paper. If we are in a journey
to a better Senegal it doesn't matter what paper you carry if you can
take us there. If we just focus on people, we can miss the inner
purpose. We pray that group of ministers know and can carry the

Airborn, je regrette, mais tous les MBA des universites americaines n'ont pas le meme format ni meme le meme nombre de credits requis! Moi j'ai un MBA de Johns Hopkins avec une concentration en Finance! Ne prenez pas le format de Maryland-U pour un format generalise. Va sue notre site, et tu veras bien! J'ai plusieurs amis qui ont fait leur MBA avec des concentrations en marketing, management, health administration, risk management, et meme en leadership, etc! Ceux qui font Msc. en finance ont un cursus plus etroit (36 credits) que ceux qui font leur MBA (56 a 64 credits) comprenant une formation sur les autres fonctions comme: management theory and practice, organizational behavior, operations and production management (management science), marketing, statistics, managerial economics, financial and managerial accounting, information systems, finance! En fait c'est ca le tronc commun!
