Polémiques chez les Lions : le responsable marketing de la FSF solde ses comptes
Implicated in several controversies related to the organization of Senegal's campaign and alleged internal tensions, Bamba Ba, head of marketing for the Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) and president of Linguère de Saint-Louis, has broken his silence. In comments reported by Le Quotidien, he categorically rejects the accusations levelled against him.
He first denied rumors of an altercation with a member of the national team, stating: "I have never had an altercation with a player from the national team," before calling these allegations "false."
Bamba Ba also denies any responsibility for the organizational problems reported during the competition. Regarding logistics, hotels, and transportation, he reiterates that their management "falls exclusively under FIFA's purview for competitions like the World Cup" and asserts that he has "no responsibility, direct or indirect" in these matters. He further clarifies: "I did not manage either the distribution of tickets or the Federation's sales platform."
Finally, regarding the support of the players' families, he emphasizes that this mission was not his responsibility, explaining that "a representative was appointed by the players themselves to manage this aspect. I am not involved in it at all."
