Mouvement d’humeur des élèves à Kédougou : Les compositions perturbées par endroits
The school assessment schedule was significantly disrupted this morning in Kédougou, where student protests severely affected the exams in the town. Refusing to take the exams, some students demonstrated their discontent near schools, throwing stones and forcing students to leave primary and elementary schools.
This situation contrasts with that observed in other localities in the region, where assessments are continuing in a relatively calm atmosphere.
In Salémata, only the first day of assessments, Tuesday, was disrupted. Since yesterday, students have returned to their classrooms and the exams are proceeding normally. The same is true at the Fongolimbi high school, where the tests are taking place without incident after a difficult start to the week.
In contrast, at Saraya High School, students launched a strike, completely paralyzing assessments and educational activities. In Khossanto, however, everything is proceeding normally.
Elsewhere in the region, the exams are proceeding as normal. Only the municipality of Kédougou remains, for the moment, the main center of disruption, illustrating contrasting realities in the implementation of the school calendar.
